Your outbox contains a record of your online job applications and the job information you have saved to your mail merge file for personal mailings. To export your mail merge file to your computer, simply click "Download".
Your outbox is your personal file clerk, here to assist you with your job search. Every time you apply for a job through our site or add a job to your mail merge file, it is logged in your outbox for future reference. Once you have scheduled an interview, you can check back and go over the details of the job, make sure you know what you said in your resume and cover letter (by checking the "files sent" box, which keeps track of the resume, cover letter, and any supplementary materials you sent to the employer), and find out how long it took for the employer to get back to you.
Additionally, your outbox contains your mail merge file, which is designed to allow you to create cover letters and envelopes to mail to employers. For more instructions on how to use your mail merge file, click on the "My Mail Merge File" button on the "My Outbox" screen.
